You can get a Harvester Hat [1](a cheaper version, for 100% VCT reduc) atm until you can get 1 or high enough to create Old Midas Whisper(Lv 170). But there are other options, if you have no prob with VCT, try getting OCP items like Majesty of Ygdrasil, Legacy of the Wise one , or Ignis cap Type K,,
