Shame that I just had my OUC replaced as suggested by temperzone advise line (phone) by my service tech.... and more than two weeks for it to arrive, install and still no problem solved, my unit still is not operating... temperzone adise.... ???????? My tech says all check out as operational - WHAT T F ? Does anyone really know what they are doing these days? I have paid near $1,400 for nothing as I still have a none operating unit.... Good initiative. Brands are built by these knowledge sharing. Some improvements needed are a) Audi is not a seminar quality. Difficult to understand which makes viewer to loose interest. B) presentation slides are not readable. Use presentation with Audio in backgroud. C) recommend a intro in the start which details the date, venue and the speaker detail.

Hi, Thank you for showing us how to use the TZT-100 controller. I recently had one installed. I have a question though which I can't find the answer in the User Manual. I won't need to use the heater for a week. How do I turn off the automatic program? Thank you.
