When they send you to your house, they send you with medication.What kind of medication is that
Endones, they bung you up. I only took them to do Physio and didn’t need after the 2nd week, I sleep well. After the first few days, it gets better. Physio before makes all the difference. I am day 17, no pain, except the odd twinge. I had a robotic, it’s less invasive, and the block, not a full anaesthetic, you are out, but are really bright after. I passed out the first time up, my bp dropped low from shock and medication, so I couldn’t get about like this lady, she’s a champ! Pain free walking, every day it gets better.

I returned to marathon training one month after first testing positive for Covid. I was fine for a few weeks but then developed bronchitis. I also have a history of asthma, and that really really started to act up. I’ve been on steroid inhalers for the past two months, antibiotics for the bronchitis, and running is at a standstill right now. I used to be able to run 15 miles at an easy pace breathing only through my nose. Now, walking up one flight of stairs leaves me winded. And I constantly feel like something is sitting on my chest.😩
Man… 1 month later and I’m doing much better. Running 20-25 miles per week, every other day at a relaxed pace. I can keep my breathing under control at least.
@@alexm1841 Hi there, I am a Ultra Runner who got Covid 13 days ago. Knocked the hell out of me. Coughing like a trooper, and very worried how long I might be out for.
4 months surgery post, 3 months re Hab, (sucks). It will will will hurt and be very sore. They grind, saw, put screws in, glue, and cut! It ain’t gonna be healed in 3 months folks, unless you are doped up. That works too, good luck going to the bathroom? Pick a good therapist, you will hate it, no pain no gain. My knee is still sensitive, a little sore and grindy at times, but only counter drugs if need. I was told by someone in the know, 6 months, then you will be happy, not 8 weeks! I had Burger from Rush do mine, the best, minimal invasive surgery, his own parts design and technique. Still sucked! Ice ice ice ice, walk walk walk, hard therapy, snd good pain meds. No pain, no gain. It’s no fun. But, better than constant knee bone on bone.

So happy for her I am 2nd day post up in the hospital very surprised how much better my knee feels already,sure I have surgical pain but looking forward to having my life back without that miserable pain
