Hello, I booked a room for February 2024 but nobody answer me to the number in the booking confirmation, how can get the keys?
Who did you book through? They most likely won’t give key info till close to booking date. I actually meet a employee on day of rental, and he gave keys to me then
I was there one month. The only negative was the mosquitos all around the pool.

How much per month for 1 year contract..
Hi Phillip, I’m not 100% sure. Currently it would be around $450 -$500 approximately for monthly discount , but once everything opens back up I’m sure that’ll change. As for a year lease you would need to contact host or condo itself.

As soon as we are aloud to travel there i will be coming for a 2 week holiday to look at condos, then I will be back ASAP to get a retirement visa and live there.
@@phillipgennette4503 nice, definitely my plan too. That said I would definitely look at areas in Rawai. Patong is fun for a week or two, but Rawai is definitely long term in my opinion.
@@lavidalost yeah I'll probably spend 12 months in patong then have a look how things are going.. I have lots of good friends in patong, both Thai and Farang..
