That feels like a lot of weight that you are putting on yourself while also lifting the bar are you sure you want to carry that heavy weight while also lifting a bar in case you break your back (because I wouldn't do that if I were you)??

@@tallrobshortpants7190 While evolutionarily we have evolved to needing shoes our ancestor didn't. Much can be gained from spending time out of them and progressively training w/out them.

it builds stiffness in the lower limb (calves) which is key for athletes post ankle sprain injury
also weighted carries in general have been shown to vastly improve core stabilization...

Hi Coach Emily! I am a man, I saw this because my grandma does these lessons! I tried as well with my grandma but I couldn't even lift her weights from the ground even. 😩 She did the full lesson with the barbel weight. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

The low bar variation is the best way to do trap bar deadlifts imo. Have you ever tried this from a deficit?

It is called seal row. It is the easiest back workout for a beginner who doesn't have the access to a machine.
