Some sampradaya like Vaishnavas considers Uttarakaand real and authentic, Some not. Reality is that Uttarakaand Ramayana is still printed and sold by Publishers. So, Don't blabber everywhere. If you have a problem write to publishers not to sell or delete Uttarakaand from Ramayana.

Nobody has got the right to say "stop selling of those books" . *Because with this same Right only Periyar as written the "Sachchi Ramayan" in Tamil and court allowed those books in market* . Secondly *Hindus are so tolerant and that's the reason why many versions of Ramayan are available in the market including Periyar's version of Sachchi ramayan* . If hindus were like other religion for example muslim religion or Christianity then these versions of Ramayan and all won't be available in the market. *1988 Salman Rushdie wrote a book named "Satanic verses of Quran", but that book was banned till 2024,,,,, because that book hurts the religious sentiments of muslim community,,,,just recently only court lifted that ban,,,,,whereas it is Ok for anyone to write whatever they want about hindu deities* . Best Example is *Artist MF Hussain's paintings,,,,,he use to draw naked paintings of hindu gods and goddesses And hindus were so tolerant that he used to roam freely in india* . I don't know any Artist can draw Naked Paintings of Jesus OR Mary in Vatican City OR In United Kingdom and Roam freely there,,,,,OR any Artist could draw naked/ or just a painting of Mohmad and roam freely on the streets of UAE or any muslim country. *Hindus are so tolerant that's why these things are happening* .
