I don't mind as a vrchat player I do talk partially mute as I don't necessarily like talking a lot normally very quiet so people were nice enough to get closer to me and listen to what I was saying as I was normally quiet

Talking is not posible for me, so VrChat is like a dark souls game for me. I tryd sign language... but that is very difficult to show at your first day. Also lucky i did run in to the perfect people that did guide me true the game. No bad interactions or people judging me to hard. Second day, personal character and 7 days later i did end up with a group of people and hit user rank. I do ofthen feel like they treat me more like a pet they can have fun with :/ My avatar is not even a furry and im treated like something they adopted. But cros the 60 worlds i have be, everyone was nice 90% of the time. Did had one kid running at me with a masive D**k... So that was scary and panic mode to lvl 100. 😰 I was scared. But i think, if your playful and respectful and loving, VrChat can still be a nice experience, even as a mute. But leurn to recognize red flags fast... 3 day in, i did end up on a date not realizing it :/ I did not speak his language, so his friend was my translator. He did read my whole bio and really wanted me for the evening as company. Even though im gay as F...( In to women) I thought i make it a fun harmless evening no drama... So yea, VrChat is mute friendly.

To be honest that is not even come close what crashers look like. The avatar that you used is a red shader demon and it's not even come close to crasher. That is just a stereotypes of the community. We use anything as a crasher like a lawn mower, shopping cart, n@zi, etc but floating eboy crashers haven't been around since a year.

One more thing, its great that you recognize thoughts for what they are, just thoughts, and give them no power. I know Its easier said than done but you can research self love and self help etc. to learn some skills that might help.

I think a lot of us can relate to all those feelings. I try to find gratitude for the things I do have and remind myself of my good qualities. Yes, it can be hard but it helps. Wanting change is the first step and it takes will, which sometimes we have to dig deep for. I also try to keep realistic expectations because unrealistic only leads to disappointment. Like you said, one day at a time, maybe make a daily goals list and be proud of yourself for achieving them. For instance today you talked through your thoughts and feelings ✅, exercise✅, etc. Staying in your head and thoughts is the worst thing you can do, so you have to find ways to prevent it. Don't need to be at home alone much and when you are you feel glad to be there. As much as I don't like to work, it's the best thing for me. It gives me a sense of purpose, independence and most of all it gets me out of my crazy head. I think clarity, which you seem to be seeking and a sense of purpose will do you wonders. Keep that chin up so we can all see that beautiful smile. Love you
