I feel you. I emancipated them after graduating from college. I lived alone during and after college but I decided to return to my mom 3 years before she passed away. I thought I made the best decision but I just hoped I could have lived with her longer. Now, I am an orphan and have no siblings...I literally live independently (again) like you. It's a difficult decision to come up with but I'm sure, it will be the right one.

How do I simplify my life? I live every day at a time. I was like you before, over think about things that have not occurred yet. But as I get older, I learned to live one day at a time and let go of the things that are beyond my control. New subbie, BTW. ❤

Sana makapag Baguio ulit ako so I can enjoy the view at night (kaso 6pm palang antok na antok na ako hahaha). Vigan is one of places I will never get tired of visiting. Sobrang ganda ng structures nila.. and sarap ng longganisa. Yung pinakbet sa Pinakbet Farm winner! You should try it. Okay lang yang pinakbet na loaded with kamote, gawain ko din yan hahah. Curry Butternut Squash with Pork Belly Ingredients 1 medium-sized butternut squash Olive oil Ground black pepper 1 large onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup diced tomatoes 1/2 kilo pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces 2 tablespoons fish sauce 3 tbsp curry powder 2 cups water 1 cup coconut milk 18 kg snow cabbage, sliced 2 pieces red bell pepper, sliced Instructions Preparing the Butternut Squash Preheat your oven to 190°C. Drizzle the diced butternut squash with a generous amount of olive oil and season with ground black pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized. Cooking Steps 1. In a medium-sized pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil until it becomes soft and translucent. 2. Add minced garlic and continue to sauté until both are golden brown. 3. Introduce the diced tomatoes to the pan, cooking until they break down and form a flavorful base. 4. Add the bite-sized pork belly pieces to the pan, season with fish sauce, and continue tossing until the meat is golden brown. 5. Dissolve curry powder in 2 cups of water, creating a fragrant curry base. 6. Pour the curry mixture into the pan, allowing the flavors to meld. 7. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until the pork is tender. 8. Integrate the baked butternut squash into the curry, providing a sweet and savory balance. 9. Pour in the coconut milk, add shredded cabbage and sliced red bell pepper. 10. Mix everything together and let it cook for an additional two minutes to mix the flavors.

I did climb mountains before. One in Sagada, one here in Benguet tapos another one in Atok. I'm scared of heights kaya pag naaalala ko un natatakot ako kasi naiisip ko ung mga "what ifs" what if nahulog ako ganorns huhuhuhahaha if I think about it I can't sleep. Ganun siya katraumatazing for me hahaha

let’s go climb mount Everest 😂😂 i’ve climbed several mountains already sissy but my favorite one is the “nuno sa punso” mountain coz it’s not tiring 😅😂 yes sis, i always buy that frozen veggies coz they’re really convenient 😅 how i wish i could totally spend the whole Christmas vacay in my province but we are forced to go on duty this December 27,28,29 so i don’t really have much choice but to go back and forth to Bohol and Cebu 😢😢 have a nice vacation sis! 🎉 and btw, i love to eat all the foods you cook ❤ you boyfie’s so sweet and thoughful! 🎉 merry Christmas sis!

Wow Christmas came early! So sweet naman ni boyfie! 🖤 That's true, working long hours sitting down makes the muscles stiff and talagang dapat nag stretching to loosen up yung mga tight parts ng body. I do yoga to help with that and so far it has been helpful physically and mentally. Sarap sana ng 1 week leave for the holidays ano? 😊 Yung leave ko naubos na hahah.
