Oh. My. God. I need this. 😲 Edit: And now I see the price. WTF. I know this is a niche product, and seemingly a very well-made one at that, but honestly the cost is just absurd. Somebody should open-source a project like this with an arduino/attiny/etc, a parts list, pcb design, 3D printer files, and code. I'll bet the whole thing could be made for under $100. Granted, it's not going to have the fit and finish of this device. But at $6k, you might as well just seek out a Nak TX-1000 or Dragon CT. 😞

This is a fantastic component for audiophiles who love music. I am really impressed with the improved clarity and significantly lowered noise floor achieved by using ION-001 in my audio system. The audible benefits are the same in all stereo systems, no matter price point. I have tested ION-001 in many different audio sytems where records, discs, cables. speaker drivers and electronic components have been ionized in stages. This enabled sceptics in my audio community to hear and acknowledge the audible improvements step by step when ION-001 was used.

Sounds exactly as a I remember it; the original LP release of Queen's Greatest Hits album (the ones with "Under Pressure") had a slightly rolled off high end that made it sound just a bit dull yet had a bit of sibilance on David Bowie and Freddy Mercury's "s"s.

Sounds great. Do you have any John Martyn LPs by any chance? If not, I highly recommend getting Grace & Danger and posting his classic track Sweet Little Mystery as it will sound amazing with any of your carts especially Master 3. Also, would it be possible for you to post a comparison of equalisers using the Master 3, for example? Perhaps using Master 3 equaliser and 003 equaliser? This would be VERY interesting comparison. Another great test track could be Dead Can Dance Song of the Stars. Thanks for all your great videos. These are some of the best on RUclips.

Sounds fantastic...from the very first note! Thank you so so much for recording and posting my requested track. Really appreciate it. May I suggest getting the UHQR version of Kind of Blue as that is simply awesome and easily the best and much better than the Mobile Fidelity version. I also have the 45rpm version which is good as well. Also, you may want to try the Supratrac Blackbird arm which just got a rave review from Michael Fremer as it competes with SOTA arms like SAT at much much lower cost. I suspect it will be a great match for your carts. Thanks again for sharing.

This one is not my fav of all the wonderful recordings you have posted. Sounds bright and lean in upper bass and lower midrange. Rather compressed as well. Perhaps it's the arm and cable being used.
