the pod is held in the holder in portrait but the pod can be set to capture horizontally. Maybe the 3s has the setting?

The inner pot is non stick. I would not not say it's teflon. Definitely not a ceramic material.

Depends on your goals. Protein helps with building muscles and amino acids helps with recovery after a workout.

@@stormshadow2k Yes, what you are saying is correct. It does help the body build natural proteins. The label does say that each scoop contains as much product protein as eggs, but the aminos are in powdered form and will begin the feed the muscle immediately at the point of consumption. The consumption of eggs of course is very good too, but it takes a much greater amount of time to feed the muscle due to digestion. Best way to do it is to consume the amino powered drink while eating an egg based meal. Double up the protein in the punch you are trying to pack into your muscles. This is how we use it. Use your own discretion to what works for your goals.
