i saw this pretty girl at cofee place i walked up to her i said hi, hows your day going so far, she said ok. I said my order, she asks me is there anything else. I looked at her for 3 seconds then i said "i got lost in your eyes for a second can you say that again?" She said it again with a little laugh she looked to the side. Maybe there was someone something that caught her eye. I took my order i noticed her multi coloured nails i said cool nails. She smiled said thank you. Was that good customer service did she show interest? i can go back thereto see her again any suggestions?

I'm baffled how you can notice if her pupils are larger than normal. That presumes I have a visual record of how her eyes are normally, and what if it is dark and that's why her pupils are dilated? Not a helpful sign that one.

This is gonna sound crazy but I'm curious. I'm a woman. I want to know why I'm attracted to men who have very feminine attributes and butch women who have masculine attributes. Physically and sexually, females are more attractive to me, but men have the emotional and mental attributes that I crave. I'm very attracted to natural hermaphrodites and transgender people as well, especially those who haven't fully transitioned yet. I guess people would say either chicks with dicks or dudes with tits. But the only trans person I've known doesn't like women. Oh well, a trip to Houston would solve that issue. Houston has entire towns devoted to gays and trans people. Those are party cities and I do have a child to care for, so I guess I'm staying home for now. Oh well. So why am I attracted to these sorts of ppl, specifically?

Sort of a parallel to the "participation medals" I've noticed when working menial jobs, a high performer often goes unrewarded, while a low performer is not punished. The gap in passion and ability doesn't seem to yield any different results. The only thing that matters is dedication to the cold uncaring company. Whoever is still there 5 or 10 years down the line might be eligible for the manager's old job once he offs himself, or actually gets promoted. I also don't understand your point about boomers being jealous about the freedom younger generations have in the workplace? When a boomer could have dropped out of highschool and worked 10 different jobs in 10 years, trying to find what they liked, while getting paid well for each. Something that has not been true for gen X, even with completing highschool. And now something you can't get away with, even with most college/university degrees. The workplace has no interest in training new workers. It's the burden of the worker to pay for their own training and then just hope it is enough to impress. And colleges will happily offer training for jobs that don't exist, leaving many otherwise eager workers feeling scammed and lied to by the system, and in debt for most of, if not the rest of their life. "follow your dreams" though.

it's not we expect promotions despite performance. it's that we don't like not getting rewarded despite performance. we have the same wages as gen X.... are we not entitled to the same individual prosperity as the generations that came before us? yet we are rewarded less for 'hard work' than ever before despite there being more abundance. This combined with more access to information means we are aware of how badly we are being screwed over. destroying the motivation of many who were raised to believe the world was a fair place where u only have to work hard and follow your dreams, only to realize the same people who told you that have set things up to exploit you for believing it. Leaving us with one real choice in life. Play a rigged game in which you always lose? or accept judgement for not participating. not surprising how many chose the latter... is it?
