My earbuds aren't connecting to the case. How do I connect them? Any help appreciated.
1.Try to fully charge the earbuds 2.Reset the earbuds using the reset button next to the charging port
Thank you for the prompt response. They are fully charged and I have reset them several times to no avail. Initially, the box and the ear buds were able to connect to the app independently but now I can only connect the buds and the box cannot be connected. They fail to pair because the app can detect that the box is not paired with the buds.
@@SR65GO I used my buds on a laptop and for some reason it enabled the box to connect with the buds. I found this out by luck. Now I have no issues connecting the buds to the box. Thank you for your suggestions.
