Last time I went to Toys R Us, I knew it was about to shut down and I bought some Neca figure stands.

I wish I never complained about going out with my family on walks or for dinner or playing outside, cause now all I can do is remember how fun it was to do it

When I was 6 that’s when I first learnt about suicide, and I said why would anyone want to do that. 8 years later I could see why people would do it now

If you had the option to take a 2 pills and the first pill took you back to your childhood and you start fresh as a kindergartener or the second pill that you stay the same but it gives you the feelings you had as a kid. How everything was so new and exciting and how you couldn’t sleep Christmas Eve night from excitement. And didn’t even know what anxiety, migraines depression even were.

been up since the middle of the night and the sun has just come up and the birds are tweeting and I found this serendipitously and the birds tweeting at the beginning really gave a real sense of continuity as I realised I'm living a childhood dream, I have my music and my home studio and I'm really thankful for it. i had a complicated childhood, part idyllic and part traumatic and there was a lot of struggles but we're all still here. I'm thankful I get the chance to live out my dream and grow in patience and understanding about the world and the people in it.

The world now as we know it is dark there's no light, evil people wverywhere. The 80s and 90s were the best time of my life despite being bullied in school. My grandparents raised me till I turned 18. Things aren't like they used to be and a lot of great things are no longer more! The old tv and them VCR tapes were so vintage. People dressed nicer and family's gathered. Now our grandparents are gone and families are apart. Kids no longer play with friends outside or rent a blockbuster. Now everything sucks😟😔

This makes me feel so relaxed i almost completely forgot how the real world looked like.

Long years at grandma's house, everything went by so quickly, one day I was 7 years old running through the cornfield, the next I was 14 years old rotting in my room, complaining about everything, hating myself more and more and oh, how annoying I am! Maybe that stupid child I was could have become someone better, and should have been, maybe in another life I would have been a better sister, a better daughter, a better student, someone better... Maybe this outburst (that I will have a huge shame in a few years) whether because of adolescence, or nighttime, or sleep, or anxiety, or boredom of what to do. If you read this, hi! One day i could see my friends One day i wasnt segregated in school and was treated differently because of my color One day i didnt have to be scared of shootouts or someone breaking in. i dont see my great grandma anymore...? whered she go.. :(? i dont see my grandpa anymore..? where is he? :(? i dont see toys r us anymore.. i guess were all grown up now.. doja cat isnt the same.. my cousin acts different now.. my auntie has grown up now... they kicked us out the church.. because of our skin color.. im not allowed to go any places alot now because of how cold this earth has become and the people... segregated. treated differently. im anxious.. im paranoid.. i want to be the one that protects my family.. shootots nearly everyday behind my house... im scared of death and losing loved ones... im tired of being segregated and treated differently.. im tired of people only caring about my skills and not me... i dont want to be forced to do her homework anymore.. im glad the other girl stopped being my "friend" she told me she didnt know how to tie her shoes and i was too dumb and nice.. to realize... she put me in a situation... that was embarrassing.. everyone saw.. and laughed. but i didnt care about them laughing. the only thing i was worried about was her.. why would you do this to me? after everything ive done for you. its been since elementary ppl think they can walk all over me... annalyse.. elementary school girl.. we were in 5th grade and.. she stole 100 dollars from me.. she was my first friend after being on virtual school for a while... ... to whoever reading this, dont let anyone bully you... be yourself dont be someone yor not... thats what i did.. and i shouldnt have done that... i lost my closest friends for fake ones... and its rlly hard for me.. bc im the quiet kid... i feel like i dont rlly have a say in anything... and its sad..

this toys r us looks like the one that was in PA on Route 1 near media/leni in Delaware county. There was also a mall near there, granite run mall, that closed down. Very crazy.

I still remember when I was 7 years old I always wake up early and watch tv in peace and the sky looks like i was in a anime and i was so happy and now i feel doing it again

Back then when I was like 6-7 I would always wake up and hear the birds like this and it would be sunny,but now I'm 10 and I don't hear that same childhood sound anymore

when we lived in Springfield, Missouri, we had a Toys'R'Us and i'm pretty sure that is where i got my first Toa Mata canister set when Bionicle launched in the states in 2001. memories abound. i love Bionicle G1. anyone agree? ^_^

This leaves me with a feeling of emptiness. I had an awful childhood and ask others about their memories so I can daydream about it. My mom left when I was 13 and my dad worked a lot. I didnt have many friends growing and my childhood was spent in my room. It’s silly but I cried one time at dinner with my friend’s family when I was 19 because it was so nice. Without being accusatory, there’s many small things people take for granted

I know this playlist is about to be a year old, but, it still hits way different then it is supposed to then it did before. I’m at the 20:07 seconds marker, right after reciting, or, should it be refining, a story or non-fiction particular event that happened to me when I was 6. This playlist hits really different from when I listened to it back in 2023 August. It popped up on my for you page, again surprisingly. I didn’t comment on it in August, but I think now it’s time to coke back and leave a dent, not a mark. This playlist makes me feel insanely nostalgic from when I was 6 years old. It brings back times from when me and my dad used to go to the park. The park was maybe a 10 minute walk down our block, and I used to get so tired of walking, my dad used to pick me up on his shoulders to carry me to the park. I had my dad’s sense of style. Abercrombie clothes, baseball caps, Adidas, everything. I also have my dad’s looks as well. His eyes, his smile, his nose especially. But I was never bald. He really liked to shave his head because he said it made him look “manly” and he said mom would like it too. Yucky man. Anyways, doves used to Rome our neighborhood a ton, so we had a massive population of them. Also, I had barely any kids in my neighborhood. So, I grew up playing with my dad outside a lot and going places with him. In 2022, something tragic happened. My dad passed away that year. To what exactly? Something not even the doctors knew about. I say knew now because we now know what happened to him. He had a heart blockage that kept building up over is 42 years of life. Now, my house if a house of 3 people, not 4. We miss you dad, everyone does. I guess that’s it. Thanks for reading you guys.❤

I understand adults, nostalgia hurts. I miss the days when I was 5 years old playing dough with my friends in kindergarten, and the days when I watched Calliou when I was 7-8 years old. Life is colorless and cruel right now, everyone says the same.

I used to Live in Northern Texas where I would hear Robins and doves all the time, I lived there in blissful childhood exploring the whole neighborhood during the summers. I once visited Toys R US before I moved to Texas. This playlist feels like it's tailored for me somehow. The Lofi reminds me of the Lofi I listen to in Texas too

It's crazy to think as a kid everything is so simple then you grow up and realize how complicated things actually are. I lost my father this past year and this past year or so I've been reliving memories wether I'm dreaming or doing something at work, hold your family tight because you never know when it will be the last time you see them I know I'm just some internet stranger but it's better to keep your family close rather than distant I chose distant in the end it destroyed me more than I could have perceived.

It’s an early morning at 5:36 in the morning, light blue sky, cloudy, misty in the air. Family’s going on a trip driving somewhere. You have the feeling to doze off but it’s like something’s keeping you awake from that. Your eyes feel weird waking early as a child though, it isn’t your first time. You start to doze off and get tired each minute and tree that passes by in the window. You now have fallen asleep.. From my experience back when I was younger.
