it's worth noting that tapis rouge vil literally have crowley's hair and his clothes design somehow resemble meleanor with the color scheme and the hanging cloth (so is vil's ob form) as if vil has something to do with meleanor and malleus did see that in universe

- Azul probably holds onto fulfilled contracts because breaking them would likely annul them and he'd lose the power of whatever was given to him in exchange of whatever he did/gave to the other party, so they become especially important when there's power or talent involved. - It's also common sense to keep the evidence of the agreement that the other party knowingly and willingly signed like literally any contract. You never know when someone will try to take back whatever they gave in exchange or ignore any terms and conditions. The contract is evidence of what the other party signed, and so Azul, like any businessman, needs it. - Of course, keeping the contracts also gives him opportunity to blackmail students, as it's also evidence of whatever business they did with Azul, which becomes more valuable the more powerful and important a student is, and the more privacy they want. - They might also give him a feeling of power and control and feed his ego at being a reminder of everything he's accomplished so far. We all know that Azul's internally fragile confidence is maintained by these feelings. There's a reason why he had a full breakdown and overblotted the moment they were all destroyed; not only does he potentially need the contracts for the previous things I wrote, but he has an emotional need for what they represent to him in a deeper sense.

I love their relationship..Vil is a responsible housewarden who's not blinded by his other emotions or rumors so he treats Malleus better than the other housewardens..it's something rare for Malleus himself to be treated that way

It’s interesting to note that in Book 7 Chapter 81-1 Lilia muses that humans with golden hair stand out in Briar valley-though not explicitly stated in the scene it’s probably because of the Dawn Knight. So, it’s nice that generally, Malleus and Vil have an amiable friendship-even if neither would call it that 🤭

I am curious if the world of Twisted Wonderland is actually the Worlds of Kingdom Hearts reshaped after a Disney villain (let's say Maleficent) gets ahold of the power of Kingdom Hearts. Before the plot was changed (especially in Union X's case, f word the timeloop crap give us the worlds we know exist but havent visited, 101 dalmatians, dumbo, bambi, sword in the stone, chicken little, i can keep going but back to the point) because of Disney's current family friendly status quo, i could swear the games said Kingdom Hearts was the world of reincarnation and the worlds were once one collective world Before the darkness spread and swallowed various worlds. The Blot Phantoms could even be evolved versions of Heartless as the Darkness has developed from a gaseous form to a viscous inklike liquid. Blot. I can also see the Descendants Continuity being another outcome of someone reshaping the worlds with KH's Power, but on the opposite end of the spectrum used out of fear of the worlds falling to Darkness again. I am wanting to bring a KH anime to life with Sora's adventures being with the Duck triplets and Max, with more emphasis on the precarious balance of light and darkness. With two films that are loosely canon of Merlin showing Sora and Company what would happen if either side were to claim KH's power. And the way they could tie together is seemingly flawless

I found myself revisiting this video as a refresher and also to verify that Book 1 one was during September. I guess I found it a bit curious when Ace said that, "his birthday isn't for a while," in response to wanting a do over Unbirthday Party after Riddle's overblot. I guess it could be that this was closer to the beginning of September rather than the end? Still interesting though because Ace's birthday would be the closest during the events of Book 1, with Trey being the second closest birthday.

@itzdevilish and @D-Walker, both of your speculations might just be correct when put together. Those might just be two main reasons for his pessimism.

I feel like idia is the type of character who knows his worth and stands by it. He knows he good with magic and he won’t doubt that but he also knows that no one wants to listen to him rambling about anime and games and that that’s just how it is and accepts it. I think he’s the type of person who just tends to see the reality of a situation whether it be in a more pessimistic light or not and doesn’t sugarcoat it or anything. Just seeing things how they really are

I'm guessing another reason for his negativity would be that he has to make blot in order to survive his family's curse. After all, blot is magical waste and its amount increase when the caster is in a negative state

I always feel bad for Idia. I, like Idia, always put myself down and can't help it because I was always told this when I was young and people would always called me stupid and an idiot because I was born with a learning disability. I caused me to always put myself down, even as an adult. It's why Idia is my favorite character. He is a character like me. An otaku who can ramble about what they like and is terrible in social situations face to face if it isn't about my fixation.

I am glad that I am not the only one who was curious about the bathrooms at NRC. I was embarrassed to ask myself because I didn’t want to come across as weird. 😅 I am also not too familiar with boarding schools and also how bathrooms are handled there. I did look at some boarding school tours videos online, and some of the schools do share some similarities to NRC in terms of the dorms and the bedrooms and stuff. Only a couple of the videos mentioned the bathrooms (which is understandable) and the toilets and showers are all in one place rather than separate, from what I understand. It might depend on the country. I appreciate you sharing this! I know things like changing and washing clothes, bathrooms, showers, etc. may seem unimportant to a narrative, but similar to what I saw AnaWaterkemper reply, it is still nice to see these things come up in narratives from time to time since the characters are human and these are things humans do, and yet, it rarely, if ever, comes up in stories. I was excited to see the bathrooms in the new birthday stories! I was not expecting that! I really love Heartlabyul’s so far! I hope that we get to see Scarabia’s in Kalim’s story! Spoilers for Trey’s newest birthday card story, even though I was using auto translate captions on RUclips, so take it with a grain of salt: I did headcanon that those that have their own rooms as having a half bath (since the showers are separate), but, if the auto translate captions on RUclips were (relatively) correct, when Trey was taking that survey in his newest Birthday card story, he wanted to (potentially) request having his own bathroom, so I had to discard that.

If I recall correctly, I believe Leona mentioned towards the end of Book 6, when the overblotters returned to the school, that he wanted to take a bath. I was intrigued by that only because I thought there were only showers at the main dorms since showers have been largely mentioned. I guess I equated it up to either there being bathtubs as well, even if they don’t get brought up as often, or maybe it is like “Prefect’s Bath” situation like in Harry Potter, where the bathtubs are reserved for Dorm Leaders/House wardens only.

I think the Housewardens might have their own bathrooms/showers. Practically speaking, they might counter that privilege by having the bathroom be smaller, as it's for 1 person. I also feel like the common bathrooms have stalls, as something open might not be well received by foreign fans.

Each new room in the dorms make me want to design homes with the exact same architectural and interior design as the respective dorms! I cannot help it. I just love the creativity and wish that level of dedication existed irl. Sure Ignihyde won't be fully feasible until personal holograms and laser tracking tech reaches that level but the other dorms i would love to bring to life.

I don't mean to be insulting, sister, but don't waste your time making a video about useless things, like bathrooms.

What if Yuu is actually a descendants of ancient and powerful wizard from Twisted Wonderland. Yuu’s ancestor has the ability to travel between worlds. Remember tode lost in book event where we were summoned to another world from magic book and meets Stitch from lio and stitch and we have another event where we were summon to Halloween town and everyone from nightmare before Christmas maybe Yuu’s ancestors was the one who created these books as each storybook is a portal to another world something like in Kingdom Hearts. Due to their ability to travel between worlds, Yuu’s ancestors was one of the top 5 powerful wizards that existed in Twisted Wonderland. However they mysteriously disappeared in Twisted Wonderland after an experiment go wrong as they were trying to create a portal to a world that is harder to get through. Everyone thought they died from the incident but in reality they ends lost and trapped in another world which is actually the known the world Yuu came from a “world of no magic”. While being stuck in that world, they were forced to live and adapt in this world will trying to find a way back home. However they ended up grew to love this world as they learn and experience what this world have to offer while meeting good people, making friends, and even falling in love. Throughout the years, their magic grew weaker and is slowly fading away as the longer they stay in this world. By the time, they found a way to way back to Twisted Wonderland, they decided to stay in this world as he doesn’t want to leave. Despite having a a great reputation of being one of the most powerful wizards in Twisted Wonderland, they don’t have a family or any real friends that respect him, if they does return home, they would be an outcast among the other wizards in Twisted Wonderland as they have lost most of their magic. Besides they won’t leave behind the friends and family they made in Yuu’s world. Despite the cost of their magic and become a magic-less human, they decided to stay in this world where they got married to their love of their life and have children and become an author who write books and stories of the world he have visited (which we know as the classic Disney fairytale stories we are familiar of). Through generations, each member of the family bloodline carries a tiny speck of magic in them, however due to being born and living in a world with no magic no one in the family can’t cast magic or aware of the existence of magic as they are just born as normal humans. Until Yuu was summoned in Twisted Wonderland. The more time Yuu spent in Twisted Wonderland, the hidden magic inside their body begins to grow. During their time in NRC and was involved in every Overblot incident, their magic is growing faster and stronger. But the end of Book 7 and the during the events of Book 8, they end of awakening their magic and Yuu gains the ability to travel between Worlds just like their Ancestor. With this power, Yuu can go home and travel back to Twisted Wonderland. But due to their inexperience of using magic and doesn’t have much control over how powerful their magic is, it would lead to creating a lot accidental mishaps which also include accidentally creating a portal to their world and dragging Grim and their some of friends (which includes probably Malleus, Sebek, and Silver) where Grim looks a real cat and Sebek and Malleus looks more human when they enter in Yuu’s world

Me hopes that Ace UM would be something related to his card tricks ;w; something along the lines of "House of Cards" XD it sounds cool to me, him being the Ace of Hearts also sounds fitting he would have a powerful UM and be the last one to have his. I also hope Ortho's one would be in line with his new found purpose. I wonder if Grim too would develop one...?

Silver and Deuce are so pure they need to be protected at all cost

I wish they would stop changing things for more sensitive audiences,without the changes it makes things a lot more interesting and gives characters more personality. I know some of it could be miss-translation but removing most "cute" and long leg comments is weird,stop changing what you obviously understand! It isn't their writing their just a translator,if it isn't allowed in the English version I don't see why it made it into the game at all,or I wish it was at least optional to turn on some sensitivity setting that's maybe on by default,but you could turn off if you wanted. It's a bit annoying to find out some things about characters from online video's instead of the game,even though it's in the JP version of the game,just because I read in English.
