We were sent two broken Rover X hoverboards (Cracked foot platform and faulty motor) and charged a $45 "restocking" fee for the second one. They claimed they had analyzed the motor and it was fine. So, they decide for you if their product is broken or not. Also, just so you have all the information, they also decide the reviews that get posted on their website, so of course they are all 5 stars. They use judge.me to vet their reviews. If they don't like it, it won't be posted. I've tried to post a review of our experience four times over the last month or so and it still hasn't shown up on their website.

First same as epicgo, dont waste your money, second rover x was broken right out of the box, and halo slow shipped it back 1 week, and then tells me 3 weeks to repair, buy an epicgo and forget about this company, same board better price!
