Man the microplastics releasing in tbsy food is going to be off the charts. Especially if its a new bucket thats never been scubbed and sealed or exposed to UV light or changes in temperatures that drastic. You gotta remember that even "food safe" plastics are not good for us in a sensible persons outlook after reading the test results but eating anything cooked in a construction grade bucket is going to be kidney clogging levels. These polymers aren't mewnt to be in our systems hell they really dont have any business being on earth if you ask me. Great idea and engineering mindset and the functionality is all there and is a success from the standpoint of "beating the man" and im all about that but dont expose yourself to this stuff man its seriously not good for your body. Other than that it would be good for boiling a shit ton of easter eags for an easter egg hunt or something with a hard protective shell and rinsed thoroughly before handling. I just oiled my baitcaster for the first time and I had it about 2 weeks, when I got done oiling it, it started acting wierd and tried casting right away after oiling it and it would backlash a lot more. I put the tension knob as tight as possible and It couldn’t hold a 1/4oz jig head with a creature bait in place. I turned the knob up all the way that press down the spool release and it would drop fast. Do you know why

I purchased the element and the 1” conduit hub and the element is too wide to go through the conduit hub. I suggest going to the hardware store to make sure they fit before purchasing to keep you from having to return stuff to Amazon.

Why did you choose a 1500w heater? I opted for 2000w with a 12ga cord and a 7gal bucket waiting on it to arrive for my build. I'm going to try and use the element seal with a gasket lockring over the myers hub. Thoughts?
