I was bar hunting that evening and Triangle Bar was my first stop. Wanted to stay just half an hour, and besides I am driving. Not too much alcohol tonight! I ordered a beer to the lovely waitress. There is the well known "buy 1 get 2 beers" deal for 160 baht. I just wanted one beer and that's when it became complicated, as just 1 beer is the same deal as 160 for 2. I was ok to pay 160 for just 1 beer, but the waitress, who wanted me to have what 160 baht deserves, just didn't get my reasoning (I tried 1 beer + 1 orange juice but didn't work). So I ended up having just 1 orange juice for 60 baht, stayed half an hour and had good fun with her anyway, as she kept me company during that time...

The band in Candy Floss is quite good but the bar seems not to be as popular as it used to be. The cover of the song is quite good. That band plays there on Fridays and Sundays only, but they have Live music every night (Jericho on Wednesdays). I have other songs from them, all good stuff.
