It should work with any gateway, it's just an Access Point. Although you will get more management features if you use Ubiquiti gateway with it, but you can self-host UNIFI Network in your home network if you wish to unlock all the features of this AP. I was testing this AP on my pfSense virtual machine and it works fine with it. I recently just spun up another VM to host UNIFI Network and adopt the access point on there to unlock more features such as VLANS and what not. Pretty cool stuff :).

It does, been using it for my outdoor lighting. Works great so far :)

It's two batteries wired in series. There's a special bracket in the middle with that green tape that keeps it together.

Are you running it in a VM? If so you got to map the USB drive to the VM so it can see it. If it's installed on a standalone computer it should just plug in without any issues and see it.

Still working. The frame is totally warped but it's still keeping the battery charged. I drive the car in and out of the driveway every 2 weeks the past 2 years and still going strong aside from the plastic frame.

Sounds like maybe the one you got might of been machined a bit too much because the magsafe charger is suppose to fit snuggly in by using your fingers to force it into the circle. I've used mine for the past 2 years without issues of the magnet ever coming off from the stand.

Hmm, maybe they sent you a bad one. I've used mine more times then I can count and the bits seem to fit fine on my kit. Perhaps you have a defective one?

No, that would help with the setup, but if you have bad signal downstairs, you'll need to get a wifi repeater or move your wifi base station closer to the plug where it's at unfortunately.

Yes! If you have another solution such as home assistant with a zigbee usb dongle, it will still pair up. You won't get some of the great features such as Hue scenes, but any zigbee hub will pick it up and connect to it.

My desktop monitor is 43" inch. It should work fit most monitor since the back is adjustable.

Yes! You can change the colors of the bulb in HA. However, the scenes is another story. Philips Hue have some nice scenes. I've tried to mimic it in HA and used online scripts, but it's kinda been a hit an miss. I still prefer HA to control my philips lights, but hope there are better solutions on copying scenes from philips hue :).

Thank you for the comment! I've been busy with the holidays that I haven't fine tuned my automation for them. Right now it's just simply detecting presence and leaving lights on for the duration after sunset and before sunrise when a person is detected. So far it's working pretty good. Hopefully after the holidays I can fine tune it a bit to section areas off where only certain lights turn on when a person is detected in certain spots in the room :).

Hello! Technically it's not the base of the M4 PRO line since I got the 10G network upgrade. Aesthetically, it looks the same, the only difference is the 10G network adapter that I upgraded. :).

Unfortunately, you can only hook ONE sub to the soundbar. Some people were able to run two subs by using a physical wire and splitter, but that's hacking it a bit. Officially, Sony says it only can do one sub wirelessly.

It should. I notice with the remote sometimes you have to be close to the control box and it works. It isn't the best wireless remote, but it should work even paired with the app.

It really depends on your canvas. The closer the projector is to the canvas, the smaller the projection will be. For me, I'm having it project on my garage side wall. It's about roughly the size of a two car garage door. The projector is roughly 10 feet away and project decently on the wall. Govee advertise that it can cover as much as 2749 square feet. If I move the projector closer to the wall, it's just going to project a smaller image, but the lasers and the aurora is still seen quite nicely.

60mm might be a bit too big I think. The only way I can think of mounting the fan onto the heatsink was using the heat sink fins as an anchor. Did you have another idea on mounting the fan on the heatsink? I've been running this setup for 5 months now and temperature is nice and low :). If you decide to go another route, let me know. I'm always curious to see if things can be done a better way :).

Thanks for the feedback! Using it with a magbak case, the magnet sticks on pretty good. It also sticks pretty decent on metal surfaces as well. I think the magnets that they use is not a weak one like some of the other brands I've tried.

I know right? I love mounting it to areas with a magnet, never having to worry about it dangling and unplugging itself! That would be good to see a built-in-SSD one on a case!

@@TonTimeTech I don't actually use one or need one on a phone, but I saw the struggle of people needing one.

I'm pretty sure you can program it. All the devices I have programmed in the remote lets me go into it and change the buttons to the ones I want if I don't want to use the default factory ones. If you want to be 100% sure, I would reach out to Sofabaton if they have that integration programmed in their database. I wish I had a Samsung TV to test out for you :).

Actually they have full cellular models of it. I believe it uses an eSim. Of course, it cost extra depending on your carrier. With me on Verizon with family plan, I get billed another 15 bucks a month to have full cellular on the watch. It's fully untethered from the phone and works pretty good :).

Yup, I was thinking the same thing when I unboxed it. I had several other results from smaller items like apple cases or accessories when they say it's used but it's a brand new sealed box. Luck of the draw I guess. Thanks for the comment!

Price varies on location. You can do a quick google search to see how much it cost in your area. In my area, it's roughly 200 dollars for a retail version. OEM versions can be cheaper (no retail box and fan)
