      @@Chris45332 this went back Screwfix, and purchased a Makita saw , the saw is still working fine to this day.

    Have to say looking at your description you must have got a bad one. I've used mine at full depth to rip down lengths of hardwood withouth any problem. As for the track being slippery, it's identical to the makita rails - and yes I have one. So you wont get anything better by changing it.

      Ian C thank you for your comments, as you can see I never said a word, just shy, there was no videos of this saw doing its job, I still brought one and someone took a video of me so I posted it, I reviewed the saw in writing check the video description , I did take it back and purchased Makita
