2.5 pounds ground beef
1 large onion diced
4 cloves garlic
1 large zucchini
1 pound diced mushrooms
67 ounce jar of your favorite tomato sauce
1 pound rigatoni pasta
Brown ground beef, drain. Add onion to browned beef, cook until onions are soft, add garlic. Add mushroom and cook add zucchini. Simmer sauce for a minimum of 30 minutes. Add pasta to boiling water. Cook until al dente. Drain pasta add sauce. Serve with Parmesan. #pasta #rigatoni #dinner #familydinner

6 cups ap flour 3 cups water 2tsp salt Mix flour with salt and water. Let rest for a minimum of one hour. Divide into about 20 pieces. Roll into thin rounds. Cook on a flat pan over medium high heat. 1 hour or more before serving spray with water to soften. #turkish #türkiye #turkishfood
