It's honestly so lame that society literally pressures you to drink alcohol, smoke or do drugs. I have been in the same boat as Miranda. I tried bottles of beer but I really never liked it. This album, and being the final one, was really about growth and letting go and introspection and it hits harder for us older folks i guess cause we were there for the ride since the 90s and theres weight behind what hes saying. it is not just about whats trendy now.

It’s my favorite album of his post Eminem show. MMLP2 previously held that honor. I also love Relapse, which was totally ripped and hated on at the time. His 2 weakest records are Encore and Revival, imo. Frankly this album could’ve been SSLP2 and maybe he considered calling it that at one point.

Let me tell you bro the people going on these trips don't pay rent or have serious bills. They only feel more successful because they have a higher starting ground (parents with money). The shorties from hs you see in Cabo on IG work at CVS and home dempot. They be cashiers, fast food workers, whatever. Talk to enough of them and you'll see that's literally what it is. I think that we often find ourselves comparing our own lives to others. And us feeling like we should be in a better position may stem from envy or jealousy. It is important to instead use these feelings to fuel our ambition to get to where we want to be. One thing I've learned in my psychology classes was the concepts of a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. We gotta always have the growth mindset and figure out how we can start to get ourselves the life that we strive to achieve for. Brother we will win in the end, let us go out and win.

em has been great from the get go,he has sat back way too long and deserves his flowers. the sad thing is artist are worth more dead and em said it him self, the 21 club shows this and the wonderful thing is we got em for all these years and i would hope he steps back and just spends time with his family. no one does it like him.
