Not much to see, really.... 90% of the roads, and streets need to be repaired.... urgent attention needs it. Compared to other cities in neighbouring countries, Capital Vientiane, Laos is still very much far behind....so sad 😢.

감사합니다.영상은 잘 봤습니다. 영상 초반과 50초 정도에 대주택과 3층 사이에 있는 집이 처가입니다. 맞은편은 외가댁이네요. 2017년, 2020년 1월에 가 봤는데 안가본 곳의 영상이 첨이라 신기하네요. 고맙습니다.

This reminds me of Thanksgiving weekend in 1970. I was 14 years old, my parents had just bought a condo on the corner of Minaret Rd and Main St; went up for the holiday for four days of epic skiing, and wound up with more than we bargained for. Started snowing Sunday morning and didn't quit until Monday night; couldn't get down the hill because they closed 395 from SR 203 to Bishop. 4 - 6' of snow in that day-and-a-half, and it bought us an extra day in Paradise. Incidentally, on the trip up the previous Wednesday night, we endured a terrible trip from Long Beach to Mammoth; because of holiday traffic it took us literally 4 HOURS to get to Palmdale; and later that night we were passed by some skiers in a Toyota pickup somewhere between Lone Pine and Independence. 10 minutes later we had crossed paths again -- when it tried to pass a vehicle and hit an 18-wheel semi head-on. A horrific accident; no one survived including the truck driver. It was very traumatic for all of us and that memory remains singed in my brain 50 years later. A sad chapter in some otherwise divine memories of our time living in Long Beach and skiing in Mammoth.

I don't know " what it would take " Cost-Wise to Start " or even to buy a producing Grove like that at 0:50 and on, but i think that it would probably Require, 8 figures $ U.S.D. and possibly the Same to maintain and " Survive " until the business was, off the ground and running or Flying !
