    This athlete is the real deal. I would love to know more about her. I am guessing that she is at a very elite level in cheerleading or gymnastics.

    Yes, they already have their middle splits. But, the stretches they show you, you can still do them without having your middle splits. You'll just be in a straddle or a few inches above the ground if you're sitting "on top" of your middle splits/straddle. You can also do stretch for an oversplit even when you haven't gotten your regular splits down. It helps especially when you're only an inch or two from getting your middle splits.

    Stop saying this is only if you have them. You can still do the stretches if you don't have it, right? You don't have to have it all the way down like her. I actually did get my middle splits from this, so just shut up.

    I'm a dancer and have always had a terrible time with middle splits, my hips aren't flexible at all.... I hope this works if I do them every day :)

    I hate the midle split almost every tutorial i watch.......they: sit in a stradel as wide as you can (while their literaly doing the midle split )and im like Me: bruhhh😒 but i want to get is so baddd😫😫😫

      Matylda Szymczykiewicz it is painful if you don't do it correctly the proper stretches and teaching will make it less painful and easier to do you just have to practice you'll get used to it if it's hurting then stop don't push yourself too far

    You don't have to do the middle split all you have to do is get as close as you can to a middle split then do the stretches. These girls are obviously advanced so it's natural to them to go down into the split. Just go as far as you can
