I started with an oversize advertising insert from the paper, roughly 24” x 24”. I trimmed off a piece about 6” x 24”. I folded the page so that the largest piece was 8 1/2” long, then accordion-folded the remaining length into pockets. I used tear tape to attach the pocket sides.
