If I can make a suggestion... just speed up this info and make it more concise
Why do your eyes look like that
Disagree
In California. This concept is an extremely difficult sell to a rental property owner/management co. One of the main reasons is because once a tenant has taken possesion of a unit, the owners options for increases are limited and controlled by gov agencies. This limits owners rights .. And makes owners far less flexible. Rent controls out in california only control incomes. never expenses. Not even gov agaency expenses, prop taxes. ect.....
Nice one! I really like the technique to build motivation for having that conversation in the first place: contrasting the fears of doing it with the cost of not doing it... Sometimes I also like to amp myself up for difficult tasks by focusing on the potential benefits of the action. This way I'm not just choosing the lesser of two evils, I'm also moving towards the option that's most exciting! All around good tips for being assertive while navigating potential conflict and maintaining a collaborative attitude.
Interesting... sounds like it's important to stay grounded and regulate those emotions...
Thank you for making this video
Whenever you make a deal, you are haggling. Even refusing to haggle is, in and of itself, haggling. You really can't avoid it.
I have a question. If my apartment is listed for less (same floor plan and everything) can I get my rent lowered or I'm stuck with what I'm paying for right now because the lease is already signed?
A defendant(s) or plaintiff(s) can be wrongfully identified as a narcissist person(s) by the other person involved in personal and objective reasons to control the out cone of a situation, two honest minded adults openly trying to solve an issue that is confronted with the elephant in the room and not deny it's existence I believe will reach an understanding in mediation
Excellent advice, Bob
She’s a role model. What hearing is that clip taken from?
So you are saying that 2 of my dream companies that i want to work for is trying to hire me....at the same time...in this economy? 😂
Yea but that implies that more than one company is hiring, and these days thats as easy to believe as me being able to retire
A great mediation judge can do thise things, artfully calling out how the narcissist behavior is at odds with the law.
Thank you for a clear and concise explanation. Teaching these skills myself, I try to embody them in my own daily life. It feels like I fail more often than I succeed. But I've seen progress over the years! Your video helps spread the word that it is possible. Thanks for sharing!
I like the distinction between appreciative, evaluative, AND coaching feedback because, in my own feedback classes, convincing participants that all feedback conversations are learning conversations has been a hard sell. Thank you!
No delegates voted her in
Bob has such a nice approach and very easy on the ears…ty :)
Hi Bob, I always love learning from you! Keep up the great work ❤
Dude if you think she had anything to do with being nominated take off the blinders. It was either Doc Jill who tried to give them a lame duck or it was the same people who are calling the shots for our senile president I mean there wasn’t even a nomination WOW where have you been
Great video! 13:02
The DEBATE should be entertaining at the least !!
No one likes her no matter how much they are trying to prop her up. This will not work people are waking up.
No one has felt Kamala is really capable of being the president for sooo many reasons for years! The Demons have another version in the works.
Profundo BS.
Absolutely masterpiece analysis.. I had thought about some of these already. The fact that there was no leaks, just proves only the right people knew about it
Trenchant, illuminating, valuable. Well done, Bob!
Silence as always ended in a no for me...
I am training to be a mediator. I happened on your videos. Your presentations are enjoyable. Much mahalo (thank you).
First time here, Why this has that look??
Just realized I’ve been pushing those difficult conversations to Friday afternoons without realizing it, thanks for the perspective!
this is complete bullshit
Hey bro your clown nose is showing.
awesome: get curious; ask them to say more; make space for others; but be ready to share your own perspective; that's dialogue
hold back and let others speak first--wonderful pause: wait for other people to speak; wonderful; you actually need a lot of self-confidence to do that!
wonderful; very helpful; especially when I'm surrounded by family and extended family who all are ardent supporters of former President Trump: listen; let others talk for a while; be curious; learn; and in fact I am lucky to be able to have gained some knowledge, through reading, through travel, through knowledge of other languages, etc.
Thank you❤❤😊😊
I did conflict coaching and didn’t know.
I am so grateful to find this I am in the middle of
Great video, thanks so much
