It's on a Qur'an group on WhatsApp. The person who sent it doesn't know who sent it to him.

Basically, someone went to Egypt to study, and he recorded this in a masjid. The imama's not mainstream or known, so the only way to find him will probably be to go look for him physically. The only thing he knows is that he's called sheikh Muhammad from Cairo
