      @GhostofCora because this method has been proven to work. Yes I sucked on this song, but other tracks, I have no problems with. Are you guys aware how some im the scene where behaving like a...holes the past 6 years? I live in tourist area. People constantly flew over our property, violating our privacy. I see drone pilots on beaches, following people and filming with no respect or permission. Would you stick your mobile phone camera into some strangers face like that? We had a drone falling into the schoolyard of my daughter one day... WTF. People seem to think owing a drone gives them every right to do whatever they want. THIS behavior made drones so much hated. I do not like it, when an anonymous drone hovers over our property, obviously filming us.

    • @wedgie502
      @wedgie502 11 месяцев назад

      Are you aware how Karen's like you act when they think that they are so privileged when you are outside, and you have no assumption of privacy therefore permission is not needed to video record? this has been decided by the SCOTUS. As far as putting my camera in someone's face, if it's in public, I can if I choose to. And for a drone over a school, that might be another issue that may need to be taken up with your local/state government. The issues here are mainly dealing with FPV/freestyle drones that people might fly in a park or their own backyard.

    • @Ozbird-72

      @@wedgie502 I fly drones and model airplanes. I always try to be aware of my surroundings and respect other people. The reason why drones have become such an annoyance to many people is the fact that thousands of done owners have neglected the reality that not everybody is happy with a drone over a private garden and filming down without you knowing why and who. It is all about respect. I have seen inexperienced drone pilots loosing their drone over populated areas or in parks because they lost contact or simply screwed up. It not funny to watch a 2 pounder go down over homes and shopping zones. I can totally relate to people who find this reckless and scary. Freedom needs responsibility. And some few drone pilots ruined it for everyone.

    • @wedgie502
      @wedgie502 11 месяцев назад

      @@Ozbird-72 trying to tell another R/C pilot why drones are an annoyance is very asinine, don't you think? and by the way, you didnt read my last post fully did you? the main concern is with FPV/freestyle, not aerial photography drones. but as far as the AP rigs go, we had a case here in Kentucky where a father shot down a drone that he suspected was spying on his daughter while sunbathing. he was arrested and had to pay restitution to the pilot. you DO NOT OWN the airspace above your home. yes, there are safety concerns and yes i think the drone pilot was wrong as well. but the legal aspect says otherwise. check out my other videos on this topic, especially the one regarding the history of R/C and remote ID. I put links in the description for my reference sources and you can read it yourself as to why remote ID is here. this is not a safety issue at all.

    RID is not a digital License plate. It is a tracker that will lead to all sorts of fines and possible imprisonment. the FAA and their Appointed authorities will have the Power to arrest and fine you just as they have that power over full scale aircraft. ADS-B has made that process unrefutably and you are guilty until you prove your incense. The FAA can't keep General Aviation's from Killing them selves and their Passengers at the average rate of 18 fatal airplane accidents per moth.

    This is something I wrote on another site and this is why President Reagan said in a new conference back in 1986 about the 9 most feared words in the English language: "I'm from the government and I'm here to help" I will not comply with this over reach of this corrupt government. I've had enough with it and everyone that just get down on their knees to lick the boots, grovel before them and comply like cowards all because they claim it is the name of safety. Requiring this remote ID is not because of drones being weaponized and it will not stop any terrorist or anyone else from using one for that purpose. If it was, why include RC aircraft? Just like every draconian gun control act that has been passed, they have never stopped even one shooting, one convicted felon from obtaining them, or even stopped the presidents son Hunter from lying on his form to get one. All they have done is made things more difficult for law abiding citizens, made them felons with a stroke of a pen, made it easy for a person to be flagged because of a name or someone to make a complaint and basically automatically made them guilty until they are able to prove their innocents and that can become impossible. It has also made victims more venerable and unable to protect themselves. And you can add to it, the stupid court protection orders that have never stopped someone form stalking or getting at someone to either rape, terrorize or killing them and these idiots have convinced many that this piece of paper will protect them far better than a gun. What is to stop someone from removing this device once every manufacturer install them and still use them? Nothing. With GPS coordinates and computer technology in many of these drones, you can program them to fly into any place without ground control as long as they are launched within range of the their power source. There are already humanitarian groups using drones like that to fly medications and other things to remote areas. There are videos on RUclips on them. If you think this is going to stop with just identifying the person associated with the drone and the flight path, you are fools. Read the whole regulation and see all the "For Now" statements scattered throughout this document like fleas. That should tell you that far more draconian demands and controls are coming and going to force you to comply. Including a device that can shut the drone or RC aircraft down immediately to force it out of the air space even if it causes the total loss of the unit. If all this was really because of weaponizing or safety or to keep terrorist from downing aircraft, why are they not requiring these tracking devices and strictly regulating model rocketry? For the big high flying ones they require licensing of some rocket motors and notifying the FAA of where and when a launch is to take place, so they can notify aircraft and that area must be approved. But even the small ones can be weaponized by any fool that is willing to do it. But anyone can make rocket fuel out of sugar and several other supermarket off the shelf food items, all of it is all over RUclips. All you need is some Kitty litter and PVC pipe to make a rocket as big as you want. And if you have been seeing the reports from the Marxist that took over Seattle or Portland and the trouble with the Fireman and Police training center in Georgia you could see that these circus freaks are able to use big fireworks you can buy over the counter or mail order to use as weapons. Why are they still available? But I'm sure there's a lot more to be added to all this very soon. For decades the courts have ruled that the area above your property is owned by you out to infinity. However you must allow reasonable right away for aircraft and other things above a curtain altitude. For over 100 years RC hobbyist have been flying RC model aircraft with very few problems. But over recent years the FAA has been lobbied to gain control of the airspace down to ground level. If you own a large farm or ranch or any large property, especially like in the middle of the US or in a remote area, miles from any airport, why are those people being forced to comply? Why and who is behind this? One answer, big corporations and new potentially big businesses. Amazon and a few other delivery companies started this because they want to fly delivery drones to deliver packages and the size of these drones will increase. Even USPS is now considering drones for mail delivery. This type of delivery will save these corporations millions, possibly billions of dollars and money talks. These companies would be able to cut their workforce by 50%, cut the cost of delivery vehicles by 90% and almost eliminate the cost of vehicle maintenance. The cost of job benefits alone would be Billions in many companies. But they need control of air space below 500 feet and this is where the safety concerns come into play. They can't have people flying RC aircraft or drones willy-nilly. Their drones will fly in straight lines to and from the launch sight to delivery and back. Anyone flying an RC in that path could cause the potential of a midair collision, loss of the package and drone, and the potential of property damage, injury or death. That could cost them lots of money in lawsuits and their lawyers have warned them about that and I'm sure their insurance companies have told them that they will not cover the loss if that happens. The other players are the new companies that are building these new air cars like the Jetson One, the Flea and a few others are available now as ultra lights. There is one company that has been approved by the FAA that will fly long distance and will also meet highway standards so it can be driven on roads and it is all electric. then there are several companies that want to start air taxis, All you will need is another damned app and a payment method. Hit the app and the first available air taxi will show up at your home or where you are. All you have to do is get in and it will fly you where you want to go or back home. This is why the FAA has been trying to gain control of the RC airspace. But the RC community has always been a thorn in the side of the FAA since the government created it. They haven't be able to control it and they want control over everything that fly's, even remotely. Requiring the RC community to be licensed and go through training is more money for the FAA to tap into. Now, with the corrupt Biden administration and the heavy use of cheap commercial drones in the Ukraine war, the FAA has been able to gain control of that air space and started to convince a bunch of ignorant fools that it is for safety and for their best interest as the government is the best way to keep you safe and always does the right thing. All you have to do is listen to us and give up just a little of your freedoms for the sake of safety. BULL CRAP! So it is with a sad heart that I'm selling off all my RC equipment and turning a couple special aircraft into display models. All because of the fools that folded for the government lies just like they did over the Coof BS. These are the same fools and corporations that are going to get enough to give up all their freedoms and vote for a dictatorship under either socialism or communism. And I fought for this country, our way of life and our Constitution. I never thought a bunch of boot licking, groveling cowards would be able to grow like a cancer. I thought we killed off the Marxist hippy generation back in the early 70's and never believed those filthy pigs could wind up taking over the government. Certainly not in America. I think I was the fool now to fight against Marxism, communism, dictators and terrorist. I was willing to sacrificed everything and did sacrificed far more then 99% of others because I believed that the American people were worth it. They stabbed me and my brothers and sisters in the back. Yes, we were all fools for losing our time, marriages, family and so much more for what we though was for a higher cause. For the few young men out there that believe in America like I did. Don't be a fool and wast you time in the military to keep this nation safe. The fools have already sole out to the radical left, this nation is not worth your sacrifice on a dying dream and corrupt government.

Don't give up the hobby either, keep on doing what you do. If you fly at an AMA club, hopefully the FAA will get off their ass' and get the FRIA's set up. If you fly FPV, just use some common sense and be safe, regardless if you comply or not. And keep this thought too, its ok to love your country as much as it's ok to hate your government.

    Spoiler alert: Some poor schmuck is going to take this advice, cause an accident, get sued for everything he or she owns, and the rest of us will have to operate under even more draconian aviation law. W502 is right in that toys should not need to be registered or carry altitude encoding transponders. After that, this advice is as dumb as flying without liability insurance. Insurance you are not going to be able to purchase without a registered UAV in full compliance with the law. There is an army of lawyers out there ready to make their names and personal retirement funds off of us and our business model. The vast majority of the public (AKA the average jury) are fearful and ignorant. Giving these parasites the ammunition they need to shoot us with is probably going to have a bad outcome.

      While I see your point, this also falls on big box stores and manufacturers for not providing legal, technical, and support services. If these devices were only sold through hobby stores, there would be a lot more support. It's also time that the AMA lifted its fees and clubs let anyone fly with proper instruction. If the AMA is going to be in the FAA's pocket, they can be funded by the government.

Its not their fault a newbie real estate agent or ambulance chased grabbed a camera drone, with NO prior model fight experience at all, and the Drones of today made them think they were Top Gun. Try This FAA --> Reorganize what "drones" are required to comply. Camera Drones with full access gimbals, gps, return to home, autonomous flight should comply. Has a free style or racing drone spied on a family bbq or hovered over and airport runway? No. Fixed camera facing up. Tiny Whoop? No. RC Fixed wing planes with simple radio electronics? No. Un powered RC Gliders / Slope Soar / Thermal Gliders? No. RC Heli with standard flight electronics? No. RC Paragliders? No. 1 pound RC Foamy plane? No. All that have been classified as "drones" are not always true drones, nor do they have the ability to be bad actors as drones. First was "voluntary registrations" then mandatory registration". Then there was education that was going to save everyone. Then there was apps that would make it safer. Then there was Network RID, then broadcast RID, but network RID is still not dead and keeps coming up. This was totally a poor risk assessment sold on fear, media drama, and movie DEATH DRONES.... based on NO DEATHS. Then an overbearing engineered plan created by the committees of Full Access Camera Gimbal GPS Autonomous Flight Drone Manufactures and Lobbyists that have money and access to congress and the FAA. What could possibly go wrong? Make the punishment fit the crime? Full Access Camera Gimbal GPS Autonomous Flight Drone have shown up at Airports, back yard bbqs, your daughters bedroom window, sports domes and large commercial gatherings. How about start there, get that under control, look for the "problems that may have been missed" once you are solid with the first most serious risk gap<s>. Common sense Risk mitigation instead of a "I have a hammer and everything looks like a nail" mentality, which government 3 letter agency that WANT FUNDING do. Control ALL = easy button, more funding, broad brush paper pushing and regulations over what could or might happen.

      @@CentralPaRcFlyingDays Yes!!! I can agree with everything said here. But I'll add the fact that the camera drones were sold by big box stores like Best Buy and Amazon with no legal, technical, or support knowledge. And like you had said, made the pilot feel like they were a top gun. So, it also makes me wonder if there should be some liability placed on the retailer, at least in the sense to force them to disclose the legalities of R/C flight. Thank you for watching and thanks for your support.

    I’m telling anyone trying to assault me to go to the homes of the FAA personnel and their families. This government is worse than what we left under the rule of England.

      Yup, sure is. We revolted against the British because of taxation without representation. We are now thousands of times worse!!

    Nobody cares 90% of us wont comply, We know FAA is violating our 4th amendment rights and we will see the FAA in court again once it starts trying to enforce this overreach of its authority. I draw a clear line in the sand for the FAA. You can track my drone in the AIR for NAS safety, You can not track my location on the ground and give that location to everyone. That violates my 4th amendment rights. If we aren't following the US constitution anymore this government as is can GO ASAP! If you think I wont roast the FAA in court. The supreme court already ruled in 2018 location data is protected by the 4th amendment that ruling was 5/4. U.S. Supreme Court: GPS Trackers Are a Form of Search and Seizure

    The Recreational Exemption provides for flying sub-250 solely for fun with NO registration, NO Remote ID, and NO Part 107 license. Tiny whoops flown under this exemption do NOT need remote ID. Yes, there is a bigger picture, however, consider that it might no be the Amazon's, but rather something else. Just saying.

      I wish you were correct that there was another issue that could be easier to resolve. However, after doing some research, this is the future. Amazon is working on Prime Air and has been for at least 10 years. The FAA has certified Amazon as an air carrier, and they will be doing drone deliveries. Check out my video on the history and the research that I've done here... ruclips.net/video/Yls2tLfKS1U/видео.html
