Hi, I recently watched your RUclips videos and subscribed to your channel. I wanted to share my thoughts as someone who has worked in digital marketing for a year. This field, while exciting, often comes with mental health challenges. The constant need to stay engaged with social media, track trends, and create strategies can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout. One major concern is "brain rot"-mental overstimulation from continuous exposure to fast-paced content. Unlike regular users, digital marketers can't just "log off," which can impact mental clarity, decision-making, and overall well-being. Given these challenges, I'm considering leaving digital marketing. I worry about its future prospects and my mental health if I continue in this field. Sometimes I wonder if it’s just the nature of social media itself causing this or if I need to change my specialization. I’d really value your perspective on this and whether you think it's a wise decision to move on. So please reply; this will help me and others who have the same confusion.

Hi Johanna, are you still thinking of getting a cat? If you do, I would recommend you get two cats, so that they can keep each other company when you and your partner are not around. Plus, they can play with each other, groom each other etc. in ways we humans can't. Regarding the balcony issue, maybe you could get harnesses for your cats, if you really can't cat-proof your balcony? Just a couple of ideas that came to my mind. We also live with two cats and they are the most precious little roommates anyone could wish for!
