Main fabric is rib knit fabric 80-100% stretch.
Trim is elastic lace trim 1.5-2cm wide.
If you use single knit jersey fabric, fold and sew the bottom hem like T-shirt.

Is there a measurement for the ruffle please ?
Measure neckline/armhole length, normally ruffle length will be 1.4~1.6 times that length(armhole or neckline), if your fabric is thin cotton, it can be 1.8~2 times length. If you use tulle fabric as ruffle, it can be 3-4 times length. please adjust length accordingly.

Looks like a lot of bulk in the neckline.
It shall be fine for thin woven fabric, like rayon, viscose, satin, etc.
