OUSTEM Freshers Employability skills in STEM
When studying a STEM module at the OU, students are not just getting the subject-matter knowledge taught to them but also the employability skills that will help them use that knowledge to start or advance within their chosen industry. This event will allow students to directly engage with the six Employability Leads (one for each STEM school!), the Careers and Employability Services Team and the Associate Dean of Curriculum to hear about how we're embedding employability skills into our modules and what tools and support are available to students in this area. What a great event!
Powerful narratives out there. Yarning is bringing up and discussing our differences and similarities, It is about who we are individually, and collectively, sharing our stories together and have dialogue. It is not about who is right is right or wrong. It is relational, not rival dynamics.
A very interesting insight into the development and amount of effort that goes into creating and producing so many amazing series over the past 50 years. The OU should rightly be proud of their involvement.
