Guys how hard are the CC in OCS compared with Basic training ?
Respect to all Coastie ( Semper Paratus)...I served from 1980 - 1987, and only dealt with Officers at my first duty station ( 378'). Last two duty station I worked the OIC was a Senior Chief. Will say that working for a Chief was a lot better then working for an officer.

This summer camp looks fun, the campers look a little old for it though.
What is it going to take to have the color guard carry the proper equipment and march IAW MCO 5060.20? This isn't that difficult, but you train from memory and just use any old color in whatever office.

I don't know what the Coast Guard turns out but I can tell you that Army officer candidate school turns out a bunch of garbage.

Where is this training center? I remember it used to be in Yorktown when I attended Engineman school in 73
It is at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT
New London is the academy but OCS or 90 day wonder school was Yorktown@@Adventuregirl96
