Problems building executables, look for errors in the build log. How can I solve it? Do you have any idea?
It is a simple question. I did install the library (netcdf, libpng etc..) And then I typed the (sudo nano ~/.bashrc) To pass the next process, I need to type password. The screen showed [sudo] password for username. How do i know the password? or Do i need to make pwd before that ??

Hello sir, thank you so much. Sir, I am continuously getting stuck while compiling WRF. I have successfully ran all the tests. I have successfully configured the WRF. But while compiling it says Error Error error noah mp files not populating. I have tried with latest version as well as your version. In your version there seems to be a different error. I am not able to download the files from GIT as it automatically the download terminates after 16%. PLease help sir.

Can we follow the same steps in windows subsystem linux?
This video is about downloading WRF. Are you asking about the installation?I guess Linux commands should work in windows subsystem as well. As far as installation is concerned you need to make sure all necessary software are installed, however, performance may not be that great because it may not have access to full system functionality and memory.

You can go it official website of mpich. Just search for the version you want to download. Usually you need to look for mpich.3.4.3.tar.gz in the list. Please let me know if you are unable to find it. Also, you need to check which version is compatible with your system settings. Usually the version given in WRF website works, however, if not then you need to try different versions which are compatible with your Ubantu/ Linux and other software and libraries.
