is the risk worth it? imagine if the jump had ended in disaster and you got an incapacitating injury and you needed an ambulance to come and take you to hospital. could be waiting in agony for an helicopter. could even get killed.

@@samavenellmtb945 holy hell man on a weekend i can only do cliffhanger avalanche 2 times and then finish on XC, DH or boofa's, after that much riding Im done for at least 3 days i dont' know how people do it

Sick bud! Do you need to give any pop for the step down and double after or do you just roll off it?
Regular Senders for the step down, pedal a couple of times out of the berm and don’t pop it, then pump the landing and you should have the speed for the double. Hard to clear for sure!

Is there anywhere at Aston Hill for people looking to get into mountain biking or is it for advanced riders only? If not, what is nearby to Aston where a newer rider can practice/learn?
LooneyTune there is an XC loop which is beginner orientated and also some more beginner friendly DH trails. It’s a great park try it out!

I’m a. 13 year old fairly new to mtb, there’s many places here to learn as long as you know how to ride a bike 😂, the pump track is always a good place to start and the first sections of the trails work as well
What you could do that is easy is session the jumps going into the bomb hole and then pull out, do the first few drops on surface to air and then do the same and also do the first section of ricochet until you get to the fire road. If you are comfortable do the whole thing, likewise with the red run.
