@RadicalBowling Zig Zag Solid 70x4.25x30
The Zig Zag Solid is a strong, continuous asymmetrical ball with an RG of 2.50, a total Diff of .045, and an intermediate diff of .015. The core in the Zig Zag was designed to allow a greater change in differential numbers after drilling. The total differential range after drilling can be as low as .030 and as high as .057, and the intermediate differential has a range of .010 to .030, making this a unique and versatile performance ball. #wowthatsradical #radicalrevolution #bowling

Radical Bowling Technologies No Doubt
Просмотров 99914 дней назад
The No Doubt is in a performance league of its own, something we’re calling “Super-Symmetrical.” The No Doubt uses the exceptionally performing HK22 Pearl cover to create a clean, sharp motion. The No Doubt features a newly designed Super-Symmetrical core. Our goal was to create a ball with asymmetrical characteristics yet a longer hook window so it could be used on a greater range of lane cond...

so I can't find my other reply to edit it. guess it hasn't cleared YT's approval process yet. I just saw the Radical Rundown where Bryan discusses this core, and it's clear from that video this core is NOT symmetrical the way it initially appears on Radical's website images. Thus, my comment about simply drilling 60 degrees off the Pin to CG line would minimize the Int Diff doesn't hold up. The core is designed such that the wedge facing the Pin to CG line is actually noticeably more forward towards the edge of the shell, so shifting 60 degrees left of right would create a strange imbalance. What it does bring up though, I want to ask Phil maybe during next weeks Perception show, what would happen if you flipped the layout 180 degrees and drilled opposite the wide protrusion? I do think the Bigfoot idea holds up though, as that core is completely symmetrical.
I have the solid and was thinking about the pearl, good comparison. Is that abc weat Harrisburg pa?
ABC North in Harrisburg
Like the walk through.
Great add in when you told us what board you were going for. Enjoyed the watch.
What kind of layout did you use? I play the same type of line.
First!
Good stuff Andy. Thanks
Enjoyed the talk through of the process! Have you decided which is your favorite, the original or the big bite??
The commentary was a nice touch, loved hearing the thoughts in real time, understanding what was going on, and the longer video. 🔥
Smoooooooth.
What can I do if it’s too tight, like my thumb is just swollen from getting the inner out
Bro the axis tilt
Is this on a THS ?
Yes it is.
Pin up or down?
Next years ball Scorpion Hurricane
Need to have Sails of Charon with Uli’s solo at the beginning for the soundtrack.
Looks like the hybrid snaps more on the back end. Solid a little rounder shape. I like the look of the hybrid!
What is your layout?
Congratulations on your 300 with the Trailblazer. I have this ball, but haven’t gotten to use it much since the lanes I normally bowl on are medium oil.
Versatility?
why use that much siaair with this short oil pattern? hahahahah
What layout did you go with on this one?
45×5×35
Finally! I found someone who throws it like I do!
Beautiful ball
The rattle was cool, good looking ball
Good song for some good bowling
Radical
😨
Wow that is smooth!
yes! This ball looks very well suited for the normal Joe. Enough motion to get a decent energetic look at the pocket, without needing a crazy rev rate or crazy ball speed
Thank you for watching and commenting! Yes, this is a very controllable motion. This will fit a wide variety of styles.
smooth arc every time! can't wait for mine to arrive at my pso on the 22nd
Good stuff Andy. Love my lower diff stuff on the left side. My Bonu$ Pearl is still a beast.
Thank you for watching! The Bonu$ is one of those balls I wish I had back!
Great video!
Thank you for watching!
My man!!
I love everything about The Innovator
Thank you for supporting the channel!
That Innovator looks awesome! I would let that baby lane shine up and love life on the left! Thanks Andy
I have Compounded it and love the reaction on league shots.
Thanks for the comparison!
Thank you for watching!
I would like seeing your full approach and some explanation.
Coming soon! I'm going to start adding more commentary
Thanks for the video. Would you say the Katana Assult is stronger than the Black Widdow 2.0 hybrid or weaker than it? Thanks
In my opinion for flippy downlane. Thank you for watching
I know this is an hybrid but it looks super shiny like a pearl. Is it that shiny out of the box?
Yes it is. After filming I hit mine with a 4k pad to take some of the shine off of it.
@@AYBowling Thanks for the reply. I'm not a high rev player and usually don't do well with pearl type balls. Thanks.
Ghost and 2.0 comparison?
I don't have my ghost anymore or I would. Thank you for watching
the black widow looked a lot more aggressive
Nice ball. Love the colors, looks more like a rounded backend ball. Probably better for more oil.
Hey great vid. If they made it in a 10lb ball I would give it a try. Off subject though. Have you ever seen a pin and CG be right next to each other. My Roto Hustle USA pin is literally right next to the CG mark in the same half inch square. I mean on top of each other basically. I mean it bowls fine, has plenty of hook, but I have never seen that before.
probably due to it being a light ball. the 10 pound hustle has the same "puck" core they use in a plastic ball.
I'm guessing this is for mid to heavy oil lanes eh? It would be left turn Clyde on dry lanes it looks like lol. She is crazy beautiful though.
Yes, need some oil in the mids for depending on your Rev rate. But if you can get left the ball is very continuous.
Great vid. I am happy you showed it working the whole lane. What is your ball speed? Thanks.
About 17.5 off my hand
@@AYBowling Thanks for responding. You are actually the first person to do that. I watch a lot of vids, comment but never get a reply. You look like you drill balls, and I have a question I have asked from all the others and no answer. I am getting three new balls. The Hammer Raw series. Solid, Hybrid and the black and purple Pearl. Since these are the only Hammers that come in 10lbs., besides the Vibe and some spare balls.I used to bowl, in fact league ave was 192, but that was 30 years ago. I don't have a current ball.. so here is my question. PAP how can I find it without having a current ball to check my oil line? Is there a formula, or do I need to buy a plastic ball, drill it, and throw it before I have my strike balls done correctly. Even the Pro Shop I am getting from can't tell me how. Just says he has some tools for that. Not sure how but is it possible? Anyways, love the vids, I subscribed. Thanks.
@Joe Brrr Fan Thank you for your support! If you are starting out new I would have your PSO drill 1 ball (raw solid) neutral. Throw it for a week or so and he can measure your pap and tilt, then drill the rest. There are quite a few videos out there to show you how to find you PAP.
@@AYBowling Thanks for getting back to me. I've seen dozens and dozens of vids on finding PAP. But they always need a ball that's been predrilled. But not one on a "first" ball so to speak. Drilling it neutral sounds like a plan. That's the most info I have gotten from all the vids I have watched. Thanks Andy, just that one piece of advice makes me thankful I subscribed to your channel. Keep up the great vids.
which is better for a cliffed house shot with carry down? Kantana Assault- Bigfoot Hybrid?
The Bigfoot Hybrid will slow down faster so I would say that. However a short pin to pap on the Katana Assault would work well too. May need some surface on either one to get it to slow down in the right spot. Thank you for watching and commenting!
how about a real ball to ball test of the 2.0 Hybrid and the Legend ?????
Do you like it like this more than box finish?
I did this mostly as an experiment. I do like it with the compound because it makes the ball a lot cleaner through the fronts. It can get a little squirrelly later in blocks.
How does it respond with polish
Exactly what my Widow 2.0 does. Just lazy and sloppy lol Bout to throw it in the trash. I have the new Hybrid right now and that thing is a menace. The length and snap is has is ridiculous. Hopefully it doesn't crap out on me like the other Widows do.
So I should buy a extra one for back up I just bought one.... Can't wait to get it....
Have you changed the surface? I have a ton of different Widows, for me, they're pretty predictable.
It's "lazy" because of it's strength which can be a huge bonus on tricky lanes. Example where mine has saved me was where I caught a couple urethane nuts and they destroyed the breakpoint.
I just got my hybrid. Widow 2.0 was my first ball. Recently bowling with a 14 lb Exotic Gem. Once my 15lb black widow 2.0 hybrid is cut, I can't wait to see difference in my strike ball.
@@sawlukewhich ball ended up being better? Are you high speed player?
