its on nfscars domain, a site for mods, but outages are so often youd have to wait for a long time before you can get in there and download anything features most, but not all cars, +20 - 30 races. the cutscene intros are buggy but the game still works flawlessly with them. il call you when i download the mod
I prefer the half life female citizen voices better, they go well with the games aesthetics more
