I really appreciate these conversations. Andrew Huberman also has a really good podcast episode called Using Failures, Movement & Balance to Learn Faster. It interesting. He talks about how our brain not only receives physical input each time we miss a shot, but our brains release chemicals that allow us to learn better. The missed shots are really important and we should be pushing ourself just a little bit beyond the point of frustration.

You could always not be an idiot and just keep track of what youre supposed to be doing in your head. Theres very few that have sooooo much in their lives going on that they should need a calender. Very few. And the ones that really do, pay an assistant. You arent that busy or important gf. Fall back.

As a fellow Orlandoan this may throw Rashad off, but Miami has been calling me. Both lifestyle wise and because of what our agency has niched down too. I just feel something in South Florida these days. Other than that, I thought Denver was dope, and NYC but not year-round. Atlanta is my 2nd home as a kid, but I would never live there ever again. I literally feel nothing when I'm there. My mom is there so I'l always visit, though. Loving these latest episodes, the transparency is dope!
