Last lap was a 1:33.67. There's more in the car from a time perspective, but key takeaways were: - Stay in 3rd gear for Turns 10, 7, and 4. - Late turn in for Turn 11 to set up for - Enter Turn 10 far right to maximize radius and exit speed - Enter Turn 7 far right to maximize radius and exit speed - Late brake for Turn 5 trailing to rotate to apex

1988 944 Turbo Shakedown - 1st session at Harris Hill Road

On track at Harris Hill. Testing suspension and brakes on the 1988 944 turbo that went through a recent mechanical refresh. It's been on the road for a little over a week after being off the road for 3.5 years. Car is on M030 Koni struts with 200# springs, GC camber plates, 27 mm torsion bars, M030 sway bars. Using VEMS for engine tuning. Car needs bigger injectors for the larger turbo.

1988 944 Turbo equipped with VEMS engine management. Lindsey Racing silicone hose connecting the charge pipe to the throttle body kept blowing, as it didn't neck down fast enough to clear the turbo coolant pipe. This run is with the factory rubber hose. Still in the process of tuning.

First day working with Carl to find speed from his H2R Challenge car. This was Carl's first solo session after my time in the right seat with him. Really nice gain with a PB for the day of 1:36.9. With the temps rising through the day this gain is likely more significant than the 1.5 seconds reflected in the data.

First day working with Carl to find speed from his H2R Challenge car. This was our second session with me in the car. My 200 lbs doesn't exactly help his laptimes, but we managed a low 1:39. Riding in the right seat allowed me to observe Carl and pick up on some areas where he was losing time.
