Women have way too many privileges as is. "War on women" is basically just equality - women are the only group in (western) societies who can end a life without punishment, don't get conscripted in case of war, get jobs because of gender (DEI), don't have to meet the same requirements as men, pretty privilege is also real, women are way overprivileged in (family) courts, get lesser sentences for the same crimes, some crimes are only applied to men...so the mere idea that women could be held accountable for their own actions and be treated equally might seem like oppression for the over-privileged.
