It’s funny that we got Crow as a recruitable playable character despite the messed up things she did and the Commander is seemingly cool with talking with her presently? Considering the Bond events are canon in a way, I wonder if it’s “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer” deal. I’m willing to keep a cordial relationship with her just to keep an eye on her, but nothing any further. A shame about Red Shoes. She looks like the kind of person you want to be friends with, but the personality. Can’t tell if they’re equally as bad or if one is worse than the other.

Anytime I pull her during banners or SSR cores I cringe to the degree anyone does in Soul Eater when Excalibur is mentioned. I can't even justify her for stats as her kit is dog water. Worse scaling and tools than a mass production model Nikke, plus being an SMG user already puts her in a bad spot as most SMG Nikkes hard rely on their kit to offset the horrible weapon range. At least I can say Viper, Jackal, and heck, even Syuen are redeemable characters. Crow however is just irredeemable and gets off on the suffering of others no matter her excuses for her terrorist behavior.

Crow's one of the best antagonists Nikke's ever had and I eagerly await for her to pull of a crazy prison break and return to the story. She's infinitely more terrifying than any Heretic we've seen and that's *purely* due to the incredible strength of her writing.

I have as much love and affection for crow as I do for red shoes.

I can get the appeal of Heretics like Behemoth or Nihilister. They are dangerous, have good designs and also Commander is canonically no simp for them whatsoever. The most important things with us are that they haven't committed anything hideous on screen and had moments that humanize or humble their ego. With Crow however, manipulated, shot us in gut, hurt Diesel, terrorism, even apathetic to tragedy, haven't suffered anything till now. Even Yuni got f up in Wordless. I'll wait to see her fate in the future. This girl is death flag for real.
