are you playing with bluetooth headphones? You can stop the stuttering by turning enhanced audio off, playing music or a video, launching the game, then stopping the video through alt tabbing. Then your game's audio won't stutter.

It's time to get hacking other players bro, that's where the action is. That and online decryption which is just PURE CHAOS, you'd love it. Throw in some steam pipe jumps and car bomb jumps and other cool stunts and tricks and you've got a lot of FUN of your hands. I'm taking a break from making Watch Dogs content, I've done about 20 hours of hacking but I'm sure I could go in for more. Might play some Witcher or Fallout or something else. Hard to know what's popular, everything changes so quickly.

Videos like this make me question why Bethesda catered so heavily to the console player base, at the expense of shafting PC players, when it works so dismally on consoles.
