Amateur VK3ER (Australia) on 20 meters 14.265 Mhz 2/5/25 though this Australian station is very faint, they are in there. This opening happened on a day when the bands were not in good shape. Not only this VK came in unexpectedly, but a VU2 statiion in India also. The VU2 was also detectable here, but much to weak for a good recording. Goes to show that even when the bands are dead, anything can happen. So don't give up.
