To much complicated these things need to programme easy not complicated 😊

I have just moved into a house that has 2 of these shades. I have charged the rollers with the cord that has the blue end on it. Pressing P1 on either blind, nothing happens. I also changed out the battery of the remote & hit P2's. Same result nothing happens. Does anyone have any ideas to help? Thanks in advance

Can you do a video on how to properly change the battery without losing any shades?

This doesn’t work. I tried pressing p2 multiple times and all I get is an L 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I am not able to switch the mode. The blinds are stuck in one mode

This doesn't work, it just changes direction and ignores the second input of stop

When changing out the battery in your remote, you need to press P2 on the remote as you are putting in the CR2460 battery. this cleared up my problems pairing the remote to the blinds.

When I press the stop button to pair, I get an L visual on remote and the shade does not move up and down.

For anyone else with this problem. To delete or edit a timer event, there are three small gray dots on the gray background which are almost invisible on the top right of the timer list events

How to you adjust one side? I've got the 2" Hybrid top down/bottom up and one side is sagging slightly (very noticable if we've dropped the top down about 12-18". When I manually hold the blind to the correct position (1/2-1" to correct) the far right, inside cord sags as does the centre (left of 2) cord.
