Until drugs flowing freely into our country through the border is stopped no amount of money they take from those that earned it will fix the problem.

Whole PV peninsula could be in jeopardy of continuing landslides & potential hazard. Do your research...it would be terrible to pay millions for a home & find out that it's not habitable. Just ask the Portuguese Bend residents in PV.

I grew up in this area in the late 60's. I personally didn't like it. My old man had a Chevron station at Peninsula Center. Probably called something else now. Honestly, I've never been in an area with more pretentious people. 2.5 million ? So many other options at that price point.

Why is tomlee and emerald streets split in two ?

I stayed there for two months in 2012 and I loved it there. Hadn’t heard of it prior to going there. It was super cool. I liked Venice beach too.

There's also a 2-story house off of Crest W. Have visited there all my life but I never noticed there were mostly single story! Nice piece.

Long time South Bay resident here (West Torrance, Riviera and Manhattan), recently moved to Pasadena, I prefer South Redondo to Hermosa and Manhattan- more diversity in people and businesses, less crowded and touristy, feels more laid back. Hope to move back someday.

We drove through what I’d assume was Rolling Hills? I saw horse fences everywhere. Between the fencing and the Eucalyptus trees, it took me back to Bonita, California in San Diego. You see people horseback riding there - and around the golf course.
