The Ook phase of Zant's boss perfectly describes himself, crazy but can get a little silly sometimes when he enters Forest Temple.

This, alongside the Ook phase and final phase are my favourites, the Ook phase feels like it fits Zant perfectly as a character, his madness through initial denial of the throne due to his lust of power in his eyes. Same can be said for the final phase too. Though with this phase it’s giving off a Metal Gear Solid feel, would fit well with the RAY AI units in Metal Gear Solid 2. But that’s just me.
