That a real elegant solution. Nicely done. I need to rethink ho I try to rig things, I tend to get too complicated. (Then again I'm still building experience).
Yeah take your time. It's important to go that complicated route to fully understand how rigs work. And try out different approaches. Then you can come up with more elegant solutions 😉

We've seen the mavericks... But what do X, Zero and Axl look like? (Even though canonically, Storm Eagle wasn't a maverick, he was just blackmailed into doing Sigma's business)
In the novel he survives, he had a 2 vs 2 fight with X and Zero with Armored Armadillo as his partner on board his airship. Armadillo survives as well.
@@generaljimmies3429I still find it kinda confusing as to why you had to kill him in the game at all. Sure, he's working for the enemy, but he didn't want to. All they had to do was incapacitate and then arrest him. But then again, it could just be that they didn't have the time or just weren't aware of the circumstances.
I guess we'll have to wait and see 😉 But no Axl, sorry 😔

I know you probably won't see this... but I would add neon lights on the body to replicate the bright colors of the cartoony design to help make the visuals stand out more because a lot of it kind of gets lost due to all the similar colors of the mechanical parts
Of course I will see this 😉 It's not a bad idea actually. He already has the bright lights to make him more colourful if you have seen his episode. But I agree that his colours are a bit too muted. But this is easily fixed without the neon lights. He still is supposed to feel menacing and intimidating. The bright colours might compromise that tone and feel. But nonetheless a cool idea 🙂 But we will see him again, maybe I'll adjust his look a bit 🙂

Really nice. Noticed a part clipping behind the wings though
I recognize that "clamp" animation on the monitor screens. You got that from Independence Day. 😏 It was in the HUD of the F-18 of Russel Case after his last remaining missile jammed and failed to release from his wing.

43 and I been a fan since I got Mega Man 2 on the NES when it came out. Always wanted a serious ,darker version of a Mega Man show and this would be perfect. Beautifully done
