Hi John West, first of all ur project it is awesome, that is why I would like to know if u made a report about the calculus of the forces cuz I would like to learn how u did the calculus about them :), I just need an example
well done grandad
very nice and helpful 📚
I posted a video of this same place, But I have found evidence, this was a bigger "Event: than sinking into a peaty forest. this smashed forest, and its detrius, are all the way up the west coast, under a layer of sand, sandstone, sand dunes, rocks, and soil about 20 to 30 feet deep. there is no evidence of a peaty forest along the beachs. please look further a field for an answer, perhaps the sluffing from a hawaian volcano, or a tectonic shift in the chilean plate many years ago. this area dates the same as the "petrified Kauri forest" of north land, which is also not "fosilised", I have petrified wood, and I also have some soft ancient kauri, they are completely different things, nice compilation though.
Wow, Thanks so much for this information .
The Ruffian Era NZ you're very welcome

Thankyou for that - useful in teaching polymerisation
Thanks Peter. Had forgotten about that vid, I made it a few years ago and the production is a bit dated. It was part of a post on my blog linking the colour in Austin Powers movies to polymer chemistry. You might find the background useful. johnwest.edublogs.org/2010/03/29/ncea-level2-chemistry-polymerisation-sixties-fashion-and-austin-powers/
