What I have heard, mostly schools prefer teachers who attended face-to-face classes. There is no harm to apply for teaching jobs and see if you can be registered as a teacher with aiou degree or not.

Thank you for appreciation. Below are answers: 1. Attestation is different from equivalency. Attestation is just saying that HEC, MOFA Pakistan or UAE Embassy has seen your original document. Equivalency decides what UAE Qualification is equal to your qualification that you obtained from other countries (your home country). 2. If you are hired based on your master degree then you will have to do equivalency of B.Ed, B.Com and M.Com. 3. You can apply for transitional license only when you are hired by a school in the UAE.

Experience before B.Ed would be cosidered (half or one third) check teaching council website. Wherever you have taught, mention it and provide documentation for it.

You need to have a teaching qualification which clearly states that you have done practicum or supervised induction during your teaching qualification.

Well. To be honest, in my case I had all my documents attested from HEC, MOFA, UAE Embassy in Pakistan, UAE Mofa, Pakistan Embassy because I needed them to work as a teacher in Abu Dhabi. Up to my best knowledge, your documents should be attested from HEC atleast and should have some kind of QR code or number to verify them online.

Dear, its better to get it evaluated from NZQA as they look at a number of factors. I am unable to confirm you what level you will get. Also, make sure that your transcripts clearly mention that you have completed practicum.

If diploma is post graduate diploma which clearly states that you have done practicum during it then go for BA, Master in Economics and Diploma in Teaching. Otherwise, go for Master in Economics, Diploma and B.Ed. This is my suggestion. Kindly do your reasearch and apply accordingly.

You will need to look into the qualifications required for teaching in NZ and the pathways available to you.

If you are planning to teach in abroad then better to study abroad and choose a country where you can get scholarship and can get teaching job and visa easily after completion of study.
