A new 30lb carp at my local syndicate
I caught a new 30lb carp at my local syndicate a few days ago. This session produced 2 carp for me altogether. Great 24 hours fishing mainly red maggot and pop ups. Please enjoy.

My first proper fishing video I have made for my channel. I’m hoping to male plenty more and document all my fishing trips. Salmonhutch syndicate is a lovely lake in Devon near Crediton. Here is a short video showing my session over two days. This can be a tricky water but rewarding when you do catch. I am still on a mission for a Mirror Carp out this lake so hopefully that could be in the next...

Great video ,tomorrow i m going on a feeder session What bait did you use?
Thank you. I used a mixture in this session but mainly halibut pellet and sweet corn. Ive always done well there with that sort of thing. Good luck and let me know how you get on 👍🎣

Hi mate great video. I'm fishing this lake for a 48hr lake exclusive in 2 weeks time .first time on this one so any advice on swims baits and features would be much appreciated
Hey mate. Thanks for the comment. Swim wise I like The Outlet, The Nook, The Beach (double swim however) and any swim along the back wall near car park. But honestly mate most swims are pretty decent. Snowman rigs have always worked well for me on Lodge, sweeter baits like Manilla which they sell in the shop there. I mostly fish close up to margins on this lake however I have caught open water as well so spread the rods out mate. Let me know how you get on.
@@pjlcarpexpeditions Thanks mate .much appreciated. I'll bare that all in mind and let you know how it goes..is there many features below the surface bars & plateaus etc or is it pretty flat ?
@@brendananderson1238 yeah plenty of features mate. Especially on the back wall, few bars out there where they have been feeding. A lot of carp come out from there. It can get quite busy there so to not spook the carp in the swim i tend to fish slack lines too. Yeah definitely let me know how you get on man. 🎣🎣
@@pjlcarpexpeditions we have a lake exclusive for 9 of us so wont be rammed mate and were all pretty experienced danglers so well all be pretty stealthy. I'm sure they'll will still no we are there tho .they ain't stupid are the haha .I'll definitely Investigate the bar on the far bank .I link theres gonna be 6 free swims so plenty of room to move about I'm not on them . Huge thanks for the advice 👊
@@brendananderson1238 Idea yeah mate there will plenty of space for you all to spread out. A few good double swims to if you are having a social. But yeah to be fair mate if you can find some clear areas, which there are plenty of, you will be fine and should have some nice carp on the bank.
