Before the play you can check blocking assignments with coach vision and slide your lineman to double a specific guy. I struggle with that crap too but usually it’s just one player that happens to be on a mismatch the whole game

Smoking one is definitely the right answer. But what you can do is slide your line to either left or right side which will get that center to move to a side to either help or get out of the way
