Besan Dosa with Veggie Filling Recipe
1. For the Dosa Batter:
In a bowl, mix 1 cup besan (gram flour), 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, salt, and a pinch of asafoetida.
Add water gradually to form a smooth, pourable batter. Rest for 10 minutes.
2. For the Veggie Filling:
Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onions, grated carrots, capsicum, cabbage, and green chilies.
Add salt, turmeric, garam masala, and cook until soft.
3. Cooking the Dosa:
Heat a non-stick pan, grease lightly.
Pour a ladle of batter, spread thinly, and cook on medium flame.
